Two Headed Rep

Two Headed Rep produces new and classic plays in repertory. We create adaptations of classics that are politically responsible as well as fun, and commission new work, inspired by these classics, from playwrights whose perspectives have historically been excluded from the theatrical canon. By inviting a spectrum of diverse responses to the classics, we create a more equitable, inclusive, and innovative canon for future generations to inherit.

Polylogues

Polylogues is a funny, investigative, weird solo show about the ordinariness of something so often sensationalized: open relationships. Using verbatim monologues from interviews, Polylogues guides us through the myriad ways people are queering the “normal” relationship structure. Though a solo show, Polylogues forges a living polyamorous community on the stage with a diverse, joyfully adventurous set of voices that is (currently) near impossible to gather in everyday life. Polylogues examines what 21st century folks want in relationships, what we’re afraid of, and the ways in which tradition attempts to contain us.
